Audition Mastery

From live auditions to self tapes auditioning is an art that requires practice and planning. In this class we'll nail down what you are auditioning for, what you are using, the acting choices, the song choices and the callback.

Acting the Song

The technique is great but the song is not believable. Acting the song requires you as the singer to have an acting technique you can rely on to tell the story. In this class we'll work on adding an acting technique to your song. We'll make sure that the story you are telling with the song is true to that style of show. Is it old school broad comedy? Is it 80's style dramatic ballads? is it contemporary conversational? The style of song will tell us where we need to go with the acting, while still bringing truth to the moment.

Cabaret Creative

You just want to build something of your own, but you aren't ready to write an entire show. Cabarets are a great art form. They allow you to get to know your audience in a completely unique way. In this class we will build a cabaret repertoire that you can take with you. We'll lace together a story that enhances the songs and keeps you engaging.

Technique Mastery

You don't have a technique or maybe you have one but its not as strong as it should be. Maybe you just need to learn how to belt or mix or you never learned legit classical voice. In this class I will teach you my strong, safe technique that you will be able to use for a lifetime.
